You've received your telephone number from The Telecom Broker, now check out some of the advanced routing features that can simplify your operation and ensure you never miss a valuable call, or the opportunity to cash in on your incoming minutes.

Timed Divert
Provides the option of routing calls to different locations at different times. For instance, at your office between 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and at your home over the weekend.

Date Divert
As above, but defined by date: e.g. Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, anniversaries etc.

Call Ratio Distribution
The useful option of being able to vary the routing of incoming calls in proportion to the size of your branches or other specific criteria. You might wish, for instance, to receive two-thirds of your calls at one location, and the remaining third at another.

Geographical Call Routing
The UK origin of each call is identified according to region, area and county. This saves money, and means that callers invariably make contact with the office that is physically closest to them.

Interactive Voice Response
Automate the internal direction of your callers by using a sophisticated IVR platform. Announcements and call transfers ("Press 1 for tonight's programme at the Theatre Royal, press 2 for the box office") can be simply organised, with destinations defined by the caller's selection, e.g. accounts calls could be routed to Southampton while new-business calls head off to London.

Data Capture
You've run a major advertising campaign or phone poll. Now receive your callers‚ details and answers from a suitably sized message box. Choose from retrieving the information yourself or having us dispatch it to you on a suitably formatted CD ROM.
